Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours. If you cancel outside of 72 hours, you will be refunded your deposit, less a 25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 72 hours and we are able to rebook the room, you will be refunded your deposit, less a 25.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours and we are unable to rebook the room, we reserve the right to charge at least one night's room rate. In some cases, a credit voucher will be given. No refunds will be made for no-shows.

Q. What deposit do you require?
A. We require a deposit of one night's stay for all leisure travel. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the amount of deposit any time before or after the date of reservation. Corporate Travel: Please call us directly to discuss corporate policies.

Q. Do you accept pets?
A. Yes, we do have a special Suite that accommodates our furry friends. We do not guarantee that all pets and all sizes will be accepted. Please call us directly to discuss in detail our pet policy. A one-time 30.00 pet fee applies.

Q. Are children welcome at your hotel?
A. We love well-behaved children; parents are responsible for their children at all times while staying with us.
